Last year we had the pleasure of working with Nina Seredai, who was engaged as our brand strategy consultant. What first seemed like a standard corporate exercise you have to go through from time to time, turned out in a beautiful journey full of pleasant discoveries and amusement. Nina’s ability to dive deep into the core of our very souls on one hand and talent to make complex things seem easy on another, made the whole experience painful when required, but nevertheless always fun.
Looking back now, when about six months passed from the time of our engagement, we can testify that the results speak for themselves: we didn’t just get a gigantic leap of energy and clear vision for the next decade of our company development, but we already grew in our market share and cut a lot of costs from unnecessary initiatives we had under our belt before.
